do everything in love

Corinthians 16:14

A congregation of worship, committed to serving Christ within the church, community and world.

Welcome is both an invitation to join us for worship, and the feeling you will get as soon as you step inside our church. Those who visit us, and those who are members of our congregation, use the words “warm”, “receptive”, “worshipful” and “family” to describe Grace United Methodist Church here in Belleville. We have served the community here for over 100 years. We are joyful for our individual members, couples, children and families of all ages, all coming together to raise up and nurture one another-just as a loving family does. Add to that weekly messages that connect to our lives today, an inspiring music team, the fellowship activities inside our church and our outreach and involvement in helping support our neighbors and you have a faith experience we think is very special. We enjoy fellowship time with drinks and food after worship, we have an open table for Holy Communion the first Sunday of each month, all are welcomed to participate, we are wheelchair accessible and easy to find just one block off Main Street in Belleville. Our service times are Sunday at 10:30am January-June, 9amJuly-December.  More than just our name, Grace is what guides us in fellowship and community. We hope you will visit us soon and consider becoming a member of our church family. Welcome to a church family that loves to worship and that genuinely cares for one another. Welcome to Grace!

Pastor Michael Bio Picture

Pastor michael

I was born in Wisconsin, and this remains home for me. I received a communications degree in 1982, moved to Verona, Wisconsin, and helped raise two amazing children, Nicholas, and Alexander. My early career was spent in advertising, marketing, and various roles in health and human service administration. I began to follow a call to ministry in 2016, completing certification as a Lay Speaker, and then on to pastoral licensing in 2019.Before coming to Grace United Methodist Church, I served at the North Freedom and Denzer United Methodist Churches. My hope is to help lift scripture from the page and remind us how it applies to our lives today. I am blessed to be part of such a great church family here at Grace in Belleville.

Our most popular events here at Grace Belleville include:
